·   Implement project template, project baseline process, CPI, SPI, KPI, EVM project update process to deliver accurate P6 information to stakeholders and management over 1000 Capital Implement Projects and 200 Capacity Improvement Projects.

·   Transform the system from cost center to business driven by

o   Integrated P6 with ERP (Oracle Apps.) systems, Other Operational and Transactional systems in various levels (Project, WBS, Activity, Steps, Memos, Resources and Cost/Budget). 

o   Customization of applications to export and import the data from and to PPM using API, Web Service and PL/SQL and .Net applications.

o   Optimization of Scheduler’s task by creating several customized automated processes using API / Web Service / Database level interface to:

§    Create project and other modules.

§    Convert project from one template to another (adding new WBS/Task)
